We work in partnership with landowners to promote their greenfield or brownfield land and secure planning permissions for residential and commercial development.
On behalf of the landowner, our expert team navigates the planning system at its own cost and is remunerated when the site is eventually sold to a housebuilder on the open market.
Our residential land promotion projects will involve securing permissions for between 1 and 200 dwellings on greenfield or brownfield sites.
Additionally, we work with agricultural property owners to establish permitted development rights enabling agricultural barns and sheds to be converted into residential dwellings.
