How it works.

Sign agreement.

We sign a land promotion agreement setting out the terms of the proposed development on your land. 

Study.png

We handle the planning.

We fund the planning and marketing costs. If planning permission is not obtained by a certain date, the agreement automatically terminates, and our costs are not reimbursed.

Money.png

You get paid.

If planning permission is obtained, we secure a buyer for you. Once the development site is sold, our costs are reimbursed and we take a minority share of the profits.
