The main building is a steel pole barn clad in corrugated metal sheets with an asbestos roof. There are 6 opening each 11ft wide which no longer fit the vehicles used on the farm by the land tenant. The barns are not included in the tenancy. To the far end there is an old brick built 26ft shed, the roof is front slates back asbestos.
I wish to pursue the possibility of renovating the building into a clad residential home for my family to live in through Class Q permitted development.
