Hi, I believe we have an ag tie on the property, we have shed type buildings at the bottom of the property that we’re looking to develop, this joins onto a very interesting track that leads to a newly developed estate. The main house is 4/5 bedrooms 2 bath and is detached/ semi detached as some years ago we built a 2 bedroom cottage onto the end. We have a grassed lawn that then leads onto a large growing garden with a tunnel for tractor storage, green house, two detached sheds and then a shed complex that is a generous size it also has lean too’s and a garage of sorts. Then we have a green grass field that leads into a wood that we planted around 25 years ago at the very bottom of that is a public footpath that leads to the road. I’ve tried to show you on the map. I’m hoping you can help me with our options moving forward. We’re looking to sell but want to look at the best options to benefit the families future. Thank you
