Hi We have tried to put in permission for a temporary lodge on that half of the land but the panning department have said they don't consider that part of our land to be curtilage and as the land was historically used for an agricultural business hence i am wondering if we can covert the barn instead, the barn is very dilapidated and just made of timber post and a tin roof does this matter?
