Our house came with a large section of land at the end of our garden, it has its own driveway/road to it.
It originally was going to be built on by the council for a new water works, but they choose a different sight and sold it to the previous owner of our house .
There are many planning development s happening in our village, so we thought we would try to get planning permission and sell .
