I am a farmer with a Defra holding number I farm 34 acres and have diversified from market veg production to PYO for the public these past 10 years
I am considering using a diss used barn that has a refrigerator in to apply for class Q permission as one dwelling it was used as a veg store / pack house which the farm no longer utilises built in 1986 I still have the original plan it has been used solely for agriculture originally planned to hold spuds it was designed with reinforced concrete floor and reinforced block sides which are roughly 1.8 m high all round except 2 bays for entrance
the structure is very solid 5 bays all together 4.5 m per bay open portal design 12.5 m wide and roughly 7m high and has drainage water electricity and internet services
